Politique de remboursement

Returns and Refunds:

ALL sales become final once purchased. The brands we work with do not accept returns from us. Some products do not have a sanitary seal which would be unsafe for The Balanced Market to put back into our inventory.

For most people, it takes a few weeks to adjust to new products including but not limited to skin care, herbal tonics, detox products, etc. so please allow your body time to adjust to these products. 

If you have any concerns or issues with your order, you must contact support within 14 days of your order being delivered - email: info@thebalancedmarket.com


Damaged and/or Missing Items/Packages:

Please inspect your order once it arrives. Any damaged or missing items/packages must be reported to info@thebalancedmarket.com within 72 hours of package delivery. We offer Package Protection Insurance during checkout to provide you with the option to file a claim if you receive a damaged item/package or missing item/package. The Balanced Market is not responsible for the items/packages once they have left or shipping facility. We do not provide refunds or store credit for damaged or lost products/items. 

If an item is missing from your order, please contact info@thebalancedmarket.com within 72 hours of the delivery date to inform us of the missing item, we will come to a solution once notified. 


Package Protection Insurance:

We encourage you to use the Package Protection that is available during checkout. If you choose to decline Package Protection Insurance, you are assuming full responsibility for the package/items once they have left or shipping facility. If Insurance is declined, The Balanced Market is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments once they leave our facility. We will not be calling the carriers to make any claims. If you opt out at checkout, you assume all responsibility.

Returned Packages:

Your order may be returned to us as a failed delivery due to the following reasons:

- Incorrect/Incomplete/Undeliverable Address
- No one available to accept the delivery
- Order refused by customer for any reason

If your order is returned to us as a failed delivery, your payment will be returned to you minus original shipping costs AND any additional shipping costs incurred to return the package to our facility. If you originally qualified for free shipping, your refund will be returned to you minus the shipping cost to initially mail out your package AND any additional shipping costs incurred to return your package to our facility. Returned packages are also subject to a 10% restocking fee.
