Uva Ursi leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), Yarrow aerials (Achillea millefolium), Sage leaf (Salvia officinalis), Gotu Kola aerials (Centella asiatica), Lavender flower (Lavandula officinalis, L. intermedia, L. angustifolia), Witch Hazel leaf (Hamamelis virginiana), Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis), Plantain leaf (Plantago spp.)

How To Enjoy

Soak in soothing sitzbath 1-3 times a day after delivery for up to 2 weeks.
Simmer a handful (about 1/3 cup) in a quart of boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Strain out herbs and add liquid to warm water in a sitzbath tub.
A large bowl or small tub may be used instead.
Do not over-dilute in full bathtub.
