Great for hair!

Although these bad boys comes with a long list of benefits the thing I’ve noticed the most since taking them is the affect it’s had on my hair growth! I bleach my hair and so it’s always struggled to grow because of that. Love seeing that growth come through now. I also love how you can open them up easily and add them to cooking or smoothies so the whole family gets the benefits!
