This bath tea can be used to support your body during a detox, during an illness, or just because you want to relax in a lovely scented soak. The herbs have anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties that can help your body return to a state of true wellness.

By steeping in a bath of warm water, the properties of the herbs are absorbed by the skin and help to soothe inflammation and detox your body inside and out. This blend can help with joint and muscle pain, headaches, lymphatic congestion, and rashes.

Simply boil water and steep the herbs in a quart sized jar and strain before placing the brew into your warm bath. You can even make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days! Make sure to have it on hand to easily take out and use during times of illness, pain, or lymphatic congestion!
