Electrolytes help with mild dehydration. If someone has been working out or out in hot weather this simple powder can help!

Most store-bought electrolyte powders and drinks have artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives that can be rough on sensitive stomachs (and unhealthy in general). 

This has just three simple, pure ingredients. It’s rich in natural potassium, sodium, healthy sugars, and trace minerals.

Add it to water with a squeeze of lemon, or add to your favourite juice. It’s excellent with other types of freshly-squeezed juices, too!
