Inspired by the brightly colored leaves and cooler temperatures of fall in Appalachia, this vibrantly flavoured blend will be sure to warm you on a chilly day. This ghee contains ingredients often found in fire cider…so it can be boosting to the immune system, soothing to digestion, and also incredibly delicious in savory dishes.

Despite having a powerful blend of garlic, onions, hot peppers, ginger, and horseradish, once cooked in with our extra caramelized ghee, it isn’t too spicy - just a mild kick of fabulous and fiery flavour.

All ingredients are sourced from local farmers in North Carolina.
