Baptisia root (Baptisia tinctoria), Yerba Santa leaf (Eriodictyon spp. (californicum, angustifolium, crassifolium, trichocalyx)), Yarrow aerials (Achillea millefolium), Elderflower (Sambucus nigra), organic Echinacea purpurea root (Echinacea purpurea), Goldenseal root (Hydrastis canadensis), Lovage root (Levisticum officinale), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum bumanii, C. cassia), organic Osha root (Ligisticum Porteri), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water & organic gluten-free alcohol.

How To Enjoy

3mL in water every 1-3 hours. Use up to 10 times per day for up to 5 days.

Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: Take one serving (see label for serving size) every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to every 3-4 hours a day as symptoms improve, up to 5 consecutive days. See individual product label for max daily servings.
