Usnea lichen (Usnea spp.), Bee Propolis, organic Echinacea purpurea root (Echinacea purpurea), organic Calendula flower (Calendula officinalis), Boneset aerials (Eupatorium perfoliatum), organic Myrrh gum (Commiphora molmol, C. myrrha), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum bumanii, C. cassia), vegetable glycerine, Rocky Mountain artesian spring water, & organic gluten-free alcohol.

Kids 1-3: Take 3 pumps in water or juice for taste; repeat 3-4 times daily or as practitioner recommended. Kids 4+: Take 5 pumps in water or juice for taste; repeat 3-4 times daily or as practitioner recommended.

Move Thru-It Strategy - Frequency: To support optimal recovery rates, take one serving in a little water; repeat every 1-3 hours for a day or two then taper off to 3-4 times a day, up to 5 days in a row. Persistent frequency supports the body’s optimal recovery response.
