Magnesium Citrate Capsules

Elemental Magnesium (from Trimagnesium Citrate), Trimagnesium Citrate, Vegetarian Capsule (Cellulose).

This is a concentrated form of Magnesium. Some people have a low tolerance for Magnesium. Please start by taking 1 capsule with food and increase gradually to your comfort level, up to 3 capsules per day.

Please Note: Comparable to other Magnesium salts, Perfect Magnesium Citrate shows a laxative effect at higher dosage levels.
