Flavour Notes
This drink is similar to our other classic Strawberry Limeade flavoured drink powders - think sweet strawberry with a hint of tangy lime. It also contains a little tart cherry juice, which contains naturally occurring amounts of melatonin and tryptophan, which can result in increased relaxation and better sleep.
This night time drink is best consumed in cold or ice cold water. It's not meant to be a warm wind down drink, but rather a sweet tooth satisfying drink the whole family can enjoy. If your littles find the drink to be too tart, try adding a little more water to balance out the tart cherry juice!

Delicious strawberry and tart lime night time drink. It definitely works! I did feel very relaxed about 30 minutes after my first drink. I look forward to this beverage in the evenings now.
